Dream for equality

I know not why-
they flutter more and more notes
in the air and then drop gently
and dance galling in harmony
with raucous music
in dimmed light
and stride around
with lavish expenses….

While the others
Having not a farthing
sitting with a bare vessel
at door steps
looking at the generous hands
dreaming a penny
at their perforated vessel.

I wish
if they could throw the notes
a little distant,
could cease the pangs of hunger of others
and could bring smile
at their pale faces!!

How beautiful the world would be
if such an act persist !
But the world runs on a wheel
at its own tract
and never derails
for the sake of prestige
or for want of more.

Thus the toppers remain at the zenith
and those who nether remains at the nadir.
Can’t we sacrifice a little
to get the world a little balanced one ???
